        The Reload Process

At Reload, the goal is to get you back to doing the things you love. This starts with a 1 hour in depth evaluation to identify factors contributing to why you are having pain, and to begin developing a plan to help you reach your goals. I do not contract with any insurance companies, this allows for your care to be based on what you need, not what the insurance company needs.

Reload uses a hybrid treatment model, meaning that your care happens at a time that is convenient for you. You do not have to try to fit multiple sessions a week into your already busy schedule. Instead, you can schedule sessions when you need them, while utilizing digital services to continue your care between sessions. At Reload, the goal is to establish a system for addressing your symptoms that you can regularly integrate into your schedule to promote consistency.
