      • Frequently Asked Questions

        What conditions do you treat?

I treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, tendonitis, IT band syndrome, patellofemoral pain syndrome, shoulder instability, plantar fasciitis, and more. I can also help you improve overall mobility, stability, and strength. Just schedule a free discovery call with me and we can discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit for eachother.

        Do you take insurance?

I do not take any insurance (including FSA and HSA funds). Additionally, I do not provide services for workers comp or after a motor vehicle accident. I do not accept any form of insurance because it allow me to provide 1 on 1, individualized care that is focused on you, not what the insurance company wants.

        How can I pay?

You can pay with credit card through your Healthie portal, cash, or check.

I have Medicare or Medicaid, can you treat me?

Unfortunately, I cannot treat you if you have  Medicare or Medicaid - it is against the law. While I cannot provide you with any services intended to treat an injury, I can provide you with personal training services to help you reach your fitness goals.

        Do I need a referral?

New Hampshire allows direct access, meaning that you do not need a referral to start physical therapy. However, if there is no improvement in 25 days, a referral from a doctor will be required to continue physical therapy per state law.

I don't have time to workout every day, can I still do personal training with you?

Of course! We will work together to make a plan to meet your goals that will fit your schedule.

I don't have access to a gym, can I still sign up for personal training?

Yes - we will talk about what equipment you do have acess to and make a plan that fits you.
